Cheryl and Landon’s Wedding at the Seibels House & Garden in Columbia, SC

First things first!  If you haven’t already seen these good lookin people before, check out their engagement session here!

Now that you’ve been introduced, let me tell you a little about Cheryl and Landon’s wedding.  When Cheryl and I first met to discuss the wedding, she told me it would be a simple intimate wedding.  She was telling the truth, but what I didn’t realize was how beautifully elegant their wedding would be.  They had their ceremony and reception at the Historic Seibels House and Garden in downtown Columbia.  Cheryl did a great job with planning… and had some help from the fabulous Meagan Warren.  Together, they put together a very traditional and classy southern wedding, with all the southern charm.  The venue, catering, decor, and a pleasant April afternoon made this wedding picture perfect.

Speaking of pictures…

Here are some of my favorites from their session.  Be sure to leave some comments.  Since I was unable to have a comment challenge for Landon and Cheryl’s engagement photos, and also as an apology for a technical problem that caused a two week delay in getting these photos posted… I’m going to do a very special challenge for the two posts combined.  If the engagement session post, and the wedding post receive a TOTAL of 150 comments and likes (with at least 25 being comments) I’ll send Landon and Cheryl a coupon for 50% off any wedding album.  This could save them over $500 if they decide to purchase an album!  This offer expires in 30 days, so leave some comments and make sure to click like!

Don’t you love the “Mrs Sahagun” hanger?  I really want one that says “Bride” for the people who don’t have one.  Anybody want to send me one?  I’ll give you free stufff;)

Landon and Cheryl decided to do a first look.  They had a private time to see each other before the busyness of the day.  I love the photos from these few minutes.

I don’t like to do stiff boring posing.  Ask pretty much any couple I’ve worked with and they will tell you that they have fun while we take photos.  The thing is… if they aren’t having a good time, my photos are going to look fake… and then they won’t be able to relive the memories and emotions they were really experiencing on their wedding day.  The photos below are proof that they were having fun even when we were doing some more “formal” photos.

Believe it or not… these photos were taken in a bathroom.  Landon and Cheryl laughed at me when I suggested it… but I think these look pretty darn good!

I love these special moments between a father and a daughter.

See I told you the wedding was elegant… check out the plates!  Want to have details like this at your wedding?  Go to http://www.meaganwarren.com/.

The food was delicious!

It was such a nice day!  I highly recommend April for getting married in SC!

GOODBYE!

Got lots more coming up soon!

Christine Chie - Cory;

I do’s never look better then on such a beautful day in Columbia, SC., as the Mother of the Bride it was wonderful. Cheryl and Landon did so much of the planing. With us living in Michigan and the busy lives that they both have I don’t know how they did it all. I have only looked through some of the photo at this time and I’m planing it sit this evening with more time to enjoy going through all of them.
Love the pictures and of course Cheryl & Landon too!!
